Jane's Top Tips

Tips for a Successful Art Fundraiser
from Jane Reid, Daughter of Marty Reid, and C.E.O. of Square 1 Art.

Top Tip #9
Shipment of Breakables
Items such as mugs, cookie plates, and water bottles are shipped in separate boxes from the rest of the organized products.  Please try to distribute items all together to avoid parent calls.

Top Tip #7
Fill out and include your ship forms
Upon sending in artwork/orders to us please fill out your ship form completely.
(Please answer all questions asked to help us streamline your school through our production process)

The ship form stays with your school's art/orders the entire time it's at our facility.  This helps us to keep track of what art/orders belong to which school.

Lost your Ship Form?
Log in to your Coordinator's Corner to print another. It's that easy!

Top Tip #6
Use black or blue ink
When filling out the headers of the S1A art template paper please use black or blue ink.  Please write legibly.

Better yet!  If time, we highly recommend attaching labels with the student information already pre-printed. You may place the label directly over the boxes located at the top of the paper.

This allows us to read the child's name legibly, which in turn, helps us to print the name correctly on the young artist's custom catalog.  It's very important to us that the child's name is correct on the custom catalog before it goes home to the family.
